Q) Is the chart shown above used to determine the swings of all walk in man doors?
A) Yes. The chart is considered the Industry Standard.

Q) How do you determine "Rough Openings" for your door units?
A) If unsure, it's best to call us. You may use THIS CHART as a Guideline.

Q) Do you do Residential Interior Doors?
A) We do when included in project pricing. We are no longer doing single door units or house packages.

Q) Can you Fire Rate your Doors or Door Systems?
A) Yes. We are a Licensed and Certified Labelling Facility. We cannot however label other suppliers or existing Doors. They must be purchased through Doors Plus More.

Q) Do you do Installations?
A) Yes. We can arrange to have our Door Units or Individual Doors installed. Call us for a Quotation.

Q) Do you do Jobsite Visits to identify our Needs?
A) Yes. We can come to your Site or Home to assist you with your Door and Hardware requirements.

Q) Do you do Blueprint Take Offs?
A) Yes. However you are responsible for checking our numbers for accuracy. We are not responsible for errors or omissions and provide this as a service only, time permitting.

Q) Can you install a Door Lite in an existing Door?
A) Yes. However there are limitations. Please call us to discuss options for Vision Lites.

Q) Do you Deliver?
A) Yes. We can deliver our products FOB your Jobsite or Residence. We are not responsible for damages incurred as a result of abuse by Common Carriers. We check our products prior to shipping to ensure quality.

Q) Can I put a Commercial Steel Door in a Wood Frame and Vice Versa?
A) Yes. We cater to custom applications. Please call us to verify the application.

Q) What is your Warranty?
A) Our Products come with a Standar One Year Warranty against defects in workmanship. Individual Manufacturers Warranties apply.

Q) I have a "Warped Door". What happens now?
A) Please call us. We will inspect the door to determine warranty. If you have a Wood Door that has warped we check to ensure it has been finished, handled and stored properly. We reserve the right to refuse warranty based on misuse or improper finishing, storage and installation.

Q) What about Door Hardware?
A) Please call us. Most Hardware items are warrantied for a period of One Year. Some items have longer warranties. We reserve the right to refuse warranty due to misuse and improper installation.

Q) Can you "Cut Down" Doors?
A) Yes. We can do it in our facility depending upon what is required. Doors cut down in our shop are not warrantied. Factory ordered custom sized doors are warrantied.

Q) Do you Paint of Finish Doors?
A) Generally not. However we can make exceptions based upon what is required. We are not Finishers and encouarge you to hire a Professional of your own choosing.

Q) Do you do "Storm Doors" or "Mirror Doors"?
A) We can order them in but do not cater to these applications.

Q) What are your Hours of Opperation?
A) We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00AM until 5:00PM. In some cases we will open on Saturdays if you are picking up.
